Born in the Mexico City, I have lived in Mexico City, Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York, Bagalore, Kuala Lumpur & Seoul.
Received my early recruitment training/experience working in a traditional recruitment agency in San Francisco. Subsequently became a software engineer and have since merged both my sales/reruitment skills with my engineering know how to optimize a state of the art recruitment funnel for my clients.
Besides my recruitment business I also manage an early stage deep-tech investment fund and consult for several others around the globe.

In 2017, I moved to New York and continued building ScienceVest and NorisTalent in the financial capital of the world. I also became more heavily involved in politics and made several week long trips to D.C. and helped lead major political lobbying teams.

In 2014, I moved to San Francisco and joined a traditional recruiting agency. I learned about best practices in the recruitment sector but also learned how lacking the industry was on innovation. In 2015, I taught myself how to code in my spare time, began working on my first software projects and left recruitment for a my first professional software role in Sillicon Valley.
