    Born in the Mexico City, I have lived in Mexico City, Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York, Bagalore, Kuala Lumpur & Seoul.


    Received my early recruitment training/experience working in a traditional recruitment agency in San Francisco. Subsequently became a software engineer and have since merged both my sales/reruitment skills with my engineering know how to optimize a state of the art recruitment funnel for my clients.


    Besides my recruitment business I also manage an early stage deep-tech investment fund and consult for several others around the globe.

    I'm passionate about scaling technical teams, science, chess, fitness, cardistry/magic, saxophone and language learning.

    With our unique approach I plan to scale NorisTalent's recruitment methodology across multiple locations in the US. Our vision is to change the way external recruitment is done. We have built internal tools that allow us to optimize clients recruitment funnels and have an edge in the talent marketplace

    Moved to Kuala Lumpur & Seoul


    In 2018, I spent my time building NorisTalent's internal tools and capabilities, learning from past recruitment clients, consulting for various investment funds and experiencing life abroad in several new cities.

    New York - Entrepreneurship


    In 2017, I moved to New York and continued building ScienceVest and NorisTalent in the financial capital of the world. I also became more heavily involved in politics and made several week long trips to D.C. and helped lead major political lobbying teams.

    In 2016, I founded ScienceVest, a fund for deep-tech startups impacting 1M or more lives. A pivotal moment in my life where I gained my independence and the opportunity to work on idea(s) that truly inspired me

    Learning To Code & Early Recruitment Training


    In 2014, I moved to San Francisco and joined a traditional recruiting agency. I learned about best practices in the recruitment sector but also learned how lacking the industry was on innovation. In 2015, I taught myself how to code in my spare time, began working on my first software projects and left recruitment for a my first professional software role in Sillicon Valley.

    In 2013, I moved to Bangalore, India to work in the social entrepreneurship sector. I learned countless valuable lessons that I still carry with me to this day.
